Boosted 90 question?

If i boost a lvl 90 with my WOD pre order can i use kicks to go back and level thru the quest in the 85-90 zone since its a bunch of transmog items and toys that you miss out on boosting a player?

If I recall it right you can but will have to disable or change some configs:
