Boat after several hours of play begins to take a NPC.

Please try deleting the Hb cache folder and try again.
 
I delete before each run: WoW/Cache/, WoW/Data/Cache/, and Honorbuddy/Cache/ directories
 
if you have any quests in your log, complete them manually, once you have them clear, then start the bot again.

from your log it looks like questing is working correctly. what exactly is the issue?
 
Everything works fine for a while! then the boat stops and where not to go! goes on until you restart the bot!
 
well from the log, it looks like your pressing stop, theres not a over glaring problem to fix here. from what it looks like your hitting rough points in the profile. if you havent make sure you grab the latest versions from kicks SVN, and you install the latest Quest behaviors as well.
