BM Hunter not reviving pet and flightor issue

Hi,

my BM hunter does not revive pet after it has died and flightor seems to have an issue mounting up (although HB logs char is indoors, he is not).

No, I am always using latest version of Echo's SVN.

But I am using a proxy though; could this be related to this issue?
