Your Dump file is Returning alot of
0xa erros Wich means a driver attempted to access pageable or bad memory
Also
0x3b (0xc0000005,,,) = system service threw an exception; exception = 0xc0000005 = memory access violation
Multiple bugchecks are indicative of hardware failure.

Step 1 Virus Protector (windows 7 is having alot of trouble with multi-pull virus protectors at this time, AVG being the main one.) AVG steps below

Download the correct AVG Remover for your system (32 or 64 bit). AVG - Download tools
If you have AVG ID protection installed, download the AVGID Protection Remover from the above link as well (it wouldn't hurt to download and run it anyway). Download Microsoft Security Essentials as its replacement. Re-boot to Safe Mode. In Safe Mode run the AVG Removal tools. Re-boot to normal mode and install MSE. Make sure your Windows firewall is enabled!
Step 2. Remove any Virtual drive software's like Magiciso, Daemon tools.
Step 3.Update all Drivers Video Card, USB, Ethernet list goes on you no the drill lol. After doing all this (if it still crash's)
Step 4. Download a Program called memtest you want version 2.0 for x64 systems
Burn it to a Bootable cd uing ISO burn or a similar program, Leave the disk in the drive and Restart the pc (you may have to go into your BIOS and check Boot from CD "press del, while pc is booting "
Leave this run for 5-6 pass's unless it fails earlier.

however, i dont have AVG. so i dont think that can be a problem.

I tried a driver program i love, and it found 12 critical updates needed to be done, so hopefully this fixes it. if not, ill PM you and reply to this thread. thanks a lot for your help.
