DB does not currently support running bounties. It may in the future. Don't ask when in the future, because nobody knows. If it's possible then the devs are undoubtedly working on it.
Read the rest of the forum before you post a question man, this has been brought up many times... You can't expect people to take the time to answer your questions when you clearly haven't put any effort into finding the answer yourself.
