BlizzardError.exe File new in your Wow Folder

Can some one tell me why this BlizzardError.exe is added to our Wow folder?

I'm pretty sure it's an just a tool that prepares and submits an error log to Blizzard whenever your WoW client encounters an error. It's been in existence as long as I can remember. Warcraft III might have even used it.

maybe its something added in the patch? idk. just leave it alone, if we thought it was something dangerous we would of said something about it.
