Blizzard update in middle of game?

I just got a notification for a blizzard update while i was playing. I chose no, and it kicked me offline a couple minutes later. I was able to relog but I thought it was weird. Has this happened to anyone before? don't want blizz installing stealth detection on me. I'll quit botting tonight for now i guess
