On Monday July 11 2011, Blizzard filed a lawsuit against us in Hamburg, Germany. We set up this firm in Germany on the basis that we are pursuing a legitimate business opportunity in a lawful manner under German law. Our lawyer advises us that is still the case. We will carry on providing the products that you have purchased. Honorbuddy and Gatherbuddy will carry on working. However, we will make a change for new orders and and we will be asking for your support.

Over the next few years, you will be seeing a lot of stories in the media about this case so we hope this announcement hopes to clear up any concerns. We hope we can count on your support.

A few things for the 'skimmers':

Lifetime is staying
Lifetime is no longer for sale
Lifetime upgrades are no longer for sale
Flying is now included (for free) for all users / keys, including 'old 1 year regular'

Fuck Blizzard, without bots they'll lose 500k customers :D We're doing them a favour.

Good luck with it all, agree with Mess on this one, Blizz will loose heaps.

Maybe they should just give us different color nametags so everyone knows we bot, sell auctions at normal price but only give us 50% of the sale value and only let us run raids with other bots, still would play the game that way, if I am banned then I won't be paying Blizz anymore money.

Regarding the change of keys and removal of Lifetime, will this affect current owners of lifetime? Or will everything go on as normal for us?
 
Are they stupid?? If blizzard pursues this case it will end up like Glider going on for year's and by that time Wow will be more on the blink of collapse, They will also lose alot of money on sub's and i cant imagine them having 11 million sub's by then,

Germany is to sue because of its legislation with a great leader to all other BOT projects in the EU.
Whoever wins this is likely to win in all other courts (within the EU).
It is therefore not surprising that HB / GB is sued, instead of fairplay or pirox Bot.

They r NEXT ... imho

We signed up for the Lifetime of the product, If HB/GB get's shut down are key's will be void so dont expect compensation, also there taking down people buying Lifetime key's, WE who own Lifetime key's should not be affected in the change-over i can imagine.
 
terrible news... hope will be ok for us all. on the other hand this will lead into a raise on gold price, hopefully my buyer will gimme some more ffs :P

There is no change for any LT status, however we can not sell Lifetimes anymore with that situation going on.

Money is what Blizzard got bro :) What can they really loose anyway? I guess nothing.It will be an expensive process for these devs on the other hand.
