Blizzard? Backdoored plugin/profiles?

Hey all, I was thinking about something, we know that Blizzard knows about this forum. And I see a lot of people are leaving WOW or w/e and other people adapt their work and re-write it. However I started to think that some addons/profiles or whatever re-writing Blizzard people that will get your account banned. Some people that re-write someone work add new code but then problems start to happen and I wonder why? Some people have their Antivirus go screaming about some addons, some people are complaining that the old Revision was better, think about it. Also if Blizzard didnt do this yet, after this post they might start.
 
I know i have tons of mistakes in my post but i'm drunk and just wanted to say what i think.

But I think it's unlikely, as profiles and plugins are unencrypted files, you can easily view the source. So if there were any shady profiles/plugins, I think someone here would call it out ASAP. Then again, you never know...

well ye but you get the idea. i noticed people that re-write "stuff" make it worse that it used to be. im not saying they are bad coders or whatever its just, 99% of the ppl just download and use either plugin or a profile. think about it and maybe it will change something.
 
also that post about Blizzard's Law Enforcement Guide... Why was it removed? if it public anyways ? I don't understand that.
 
they won't there not allowed to be involved with the bot as far as im aware. Also the people rewriting the plugins or cc's are members for a long while and have created something else too. The bans are involved with many factors which you didn't take into consideration, so don't hype everyone up about it really.
 
indeed was just thinking abou saying: you shouldn't drink man, you get all crazy idea's that are not there. only makes you paranoid and other mindless people that believe quickly.

All I'm saying is that people that work for Blizzard are not stupid. And maybe just maybe people that you think you can trust on this forum works for blizzard from long time ago and fukking everyone up sometimes. but you never know right?

Keep in mind that just about everything that's put out here is via source files... so any backdoor would probably be spotted by some looking into the code pretty quickly... and also if there was a backdoor built in a specific plugin, once ban reports started coming in, the culprit would quickly become apparent in the repeated info...
 
What i think he was saying was that someone from Blizz could write or modify a plugin that perform a function, but secretly be sending that you're a botter to Blizz..

and if you really think about it, just because Bliz can't detect HB directly, doesn't mean it couldn't be detected... anyone that uses this product for a period of time knows that... Blizz doesn't want to detect it or they'd lose way too many accounts.

I don't use HB anymore even though im a lifetimer, I use private hacks, just warning you guys. Be careful. Well i do use it for fishing sometimes lol.
 
Mate if you need to be like that then even bossland could be blizzard himself, you can chain everything up if you like. Ofcourse there are dodgy people on the forum but they have to post the files here in order to use it. I would not trust a file from elsewhere.
Also they cannot hide code as farm as I know, since .DLL files are not allowed.
