I wanted my first post to point out that half of you need to put away your tinfoil caps. Seriously, you're profiting off of a company that most people that "play" the game barely see a penny from the stuff they find or the gold they make since they put in real human effort. You use a program to hack their game, benefit yourself from it, then you're calling them the criminals? It's hilarious and quite ironic 
Like others have stated, there are people that where waiting for the day RMAH went live, me included (had a few okay items), soon as it did BOOM it got flooded, and most of the items were put up for $250 because people were greedy dumbasses, no one actually bought the item for that much and very very few people sold items for $250 (unless they where weapons). Blizzard already makes $1 per transaction on EVERY item that sells, that's millions a day easy, no reason to fuck it up by putting a few items here and there.
