blacklisting node

hey, can u guys help me with blacklisting a node? I am a scrub when it comes to this and I dont have a fucking clue how to do it.
I want to blacklist a node in Uldum. I'm using Shadows uldum profile but I get stuck on an underground node at Obelisk of the Sun. I generated the blackspot and this is what I came up with

<Blackspot X="-10298.45" Y="-305.9305" Z="252.4738" Radius="10.98226" />

but where do I put that? I tried this

<Vendors>

</Vendors>
<BlackSpots>
<Blackspot X="-10298.45" Y="-305.9305" Z="252.4738" Radius="10.98226" />
<BlackSpots>

<Mailboxes>
<Mailbox X="-9448.175" Y="-1016.141" Z="111.0112" />

But I get some error, pls help me!

remove Allrounder plugin and try again

The blackspots usually go after the list of hotspots, so like:
