Blacklisting / Developer Tools Option hidden?

Hey Community ,

got 2 simple Questions:

A: I cant see the Developer Options anymore it opens a window ,but in the background, I can see it in my Windows bar on the bottom of my Computer, but i cant put it in the foreground its always not visible, how do I change it?

B: Where/how can I blacklist an exactly Area which could be filled with friendly 85 elite mobs, if i had done the matching questsline but not willed to do it? Or generall where/how do I blacklist

I have the same issue on Win 7, 64-bit.

Any ideas?

A)Right click on the window in taskbar and maximize it

B)you can add a blackspot,more info in our wiki
