blacklist mob if it has certain buff

Anyway I can blacklist mob if it has certain buff? Or of a plugin that will allow me to configure this?

I am farming Zandalari Warscouts and if they have the ability to summon a Vengeful Spirit I want to ignore them and carry on moving.

There is no way to do this at the profile level. You are spot on that a plugin would be the best way to solve this problem.

If you choose to write one, and need some help solving a problem, make a post into the Community Developer forum. But understand that if you post there, you are expected to 'show your work'. The Community Developer forum is not there to write the code for you.

To my knowledge.. Zandalari Warscout does not have any specific buff if they are able to summon vengeful spirits... but if I am wrong it is quite a simple plugin to make, just post in the community dev forum as china said I'll help you with it.
