Black Temple Endless Trash farming - up til first boss

Hello! I'm wondering if someone can make a profile that will farm the all the trash up until the first boss in BT. The surgers drop motes of water at a rediculous rate and on my server they sell for 300g+. On a 5 minute run I can usually get 3 or 4 of them, which results in a ton of gold. Also after cutting the raw gems that drop, I can easily add another 200-300g per run.

The rough math has it worked out at roughly 10k an hour, providing I don't flood the AH.

if possible, the adds right before the boss near the tunnel to second boss would be appreciated if they could be added!
