Black screen after opening the game..

Cant get the black screen to go away.. its overlaying the game screen.. Anyone know of a fix?
 
Seems like transparency doesn't work as it should. We are investigating this.

Edit: Have you changed your Windows Theme?

Another update is coming. Please test version 1.0.36 as soon as it is available.

Edit: Using version .37 Still the same thing, the only way i can get the black screen to go away is to click EXIT on the UI

Do you have any other overlay software active? Something that draws you a window above all other windows?
 
Nope, i double checked everything. I dont have any in-game overlays on.
 
Can you open Task Manager and check if there is a "dwm.exe" running? (Using the Details Tab)
 
So you have Windows 10..do you have transparency in taskbar enabled? Does that work?
 
Not sure if related, but having issues with Launcher version 37

When it does decide to work, it gets stuck on Authenticating, or it doesnt work at all

So after reinstalling windows and pubg, im still having this black screen issue.. I purchased this hack about 2 weeks ago and haven't been able to play with it in a single match.

Guess ill be asking for a refund, support for this program is hard to come by.
