Black Mage rotations?

Sorry if this is the wrong subforum for this question.. as you may know black mages run out of MP quick but they have this ability called Transpose which puts them in ice stance and regens their mana, but the basic bot isn't using transpose so most of the time my guy just sits there Any ideas?
