Bind WoW API Events?

Just wondering, is it be possible to bind WoW API Events? If not, how long would it take to implement this, or is it something you would rather not do?

Nevermind, apparently I suck at reading .chm files: found what I was looking for in the BotEvents class

Although I have found what I'm looking for, I'm not sure how to implement it or if it's even possible from within a Plugin:
I'd be interested in the Events/Delegates in Styx.BotEvents.Player
