Big problem!

hey everyone i recently have had lag on server and made a WoW ticket. there are asking for my msinfo32 wlhich i have no problem giving but..... if i click on it and CLT+F i find honorbuddy alot in the msinfo32 notepade. So what should i do about sending them this ? ty
