A blizzard employee would like to talk to you about your petition. They said that i opened a ticket. and im thinking the bot somehow did pic will be added

It's one of their standard "greeting and salutations" macros.

There is no ticket, he just wanted to talk to you... ie confirm you are/aren't a real person.
I think it is pretty safe to say you can kiss that account goodbye.

I would say if your account is not banned by now, carry on botting.
