BGbuddy not working atm ?

I just purchased 24 hr honorbuddy after the free trial. It worked last night so i decided to buy one myself and was going to turn on my bot but it's saying but wow build# is 0 and it needs to build #16650
I erased it and re-installed but still displaying same messages.. so what am I doing wrong ?
