BGbuddy moving and targetting but not attacking

While using bgbuddy on my hunter it will mount up, move and target enemies, but does nothing after that. My character stays mounted in place, turning to face the target but does not attack.View attachment 4980 2013-01-28 03.56.txt

thats odd, it looks like its not engaging the combat routine at all.

make a fresh install of the latest version of honorbuddy into a new folder, and see if that makes a difference.

in your wow graphics options change it from dx11 to dx9.

Tried changing the settings to direct x9, but the issues remains the same.

make a new Hb installation from scratch and use a custom combat routine

I tried a fresh install and used Fpsware custom routine with Bgbuddy but my character still only rides up, targets an enemy and does not attack.

Edit - I have been able to successfully use Bgbuddy with my ret paladin, but still does not work for my hunter

try changing your hunters spec, also try changing your current pet.

Okay i changed my spec to marksman and pulled a pet out of my stable, and that seems to have done the trick as it is working now.

I am curious as to which was the solution and the reason why if you have a chance.
