BGbuddy loading issue

Hello. So I have been having big time issues with getting the BGbuddy to work. Basically What happens is, When i get ingame I then open up the BOT. I put it on BGbuddy and click start. It works fine.. for about an hour.. then when the Que pops.. it doesn't accept it and it goes afk and just sits there. The bot is still running because the button says to click stop. and it says loading tiles*.. any idea why this keeps happening? Ive re-downloaded honor buddy checked all settings in the BG buddy

[BGBuddy]: Queueing up for RandomBattleground just did it again the que pops it doesnt accept it. just sits there. it keeps requeing then when the que pops it doesnt accept it wtf
