I run my HB at night for honor / HK's and would like to take advantage of being an enchanter.

How can I set it up so whenever my character has 1250 honor, it purchased a PVP ring (and if possible, disenchants it).

Do I need some sort of profile/plugin to accomplish this?

theres a plugin for this called anti-cap it will do exactly what you want. You enable it then go stand in front of the vendor and tell it what pieces you want and it will automatically buy them. It won't buy them in the order you put them in though.
