BG2 not attacking

I love how hb support works, making more and more problems when I submit only one bug.
And ofc rar wont work so i actually need to download winzip only to upload fckn log. your'e amazing.

well the thing is that i don't have a crystal ball to see what your issue is

if you don't submit a log, we can't help you

Also, windows 7 comes with it's own compress into .zip

right click the log.txt and 'send to --> compressed (zipped) folder'

And what exactly was wrong with log I linked on file hosting site?

Also one more question, why I need to submit my log to public forum instead of normal bug ticket?

EzArms, Singular (default - no idea how something this bugged can still be default tho) and beta,
