I haven't been able to find anything on this but is there a way you can gather ore/herb while the bot que's for a BG then stops farming and joins the BG?
There tends to be some unexpected side effects to "mixed mode" however, I believe with a bit of tweaking, you could possibly use Arelog in tandem with mixed mode to perhaps endeavor to rectify the problem after the switch.
