BG Buddy not working :S

Everytime i open up the program, it opens fine loads fine but the drop down menu is blank and i cannot select BG Buddy, has anyone been having this problem? Is there a fix I can do, i just bought the bot yesterday it was working fine but it just randomly decided to stop working. Someone please help.

hmmm try a fresh version and post some pictures please of your HB folder and the bot, and look thorugh your log folder and post a log from the time you started getting the problem. (there may not be a log but would be helpful if you find one!)
