BG Bot - Rogue doesn't attack

Hi I got this bot to get honour gear in bgs for my rogue, but it doesn't attack anything. It just runs up to an enemy and stands there.. Is this normal? I would have thought you coudl get banned for it?

same thing happens to me when I use SUB tree tallents

Same happened to me, until i saw the bot log and it said "Sub rogue attacking not supported" I changed to my offspec of assassination and it works fine ... sucks at killing shit but it gets HP's alright. probably a CC you can use other than singular but this was easier for me right now.
