Better GatherBuddy Pathing suggestion

I appreciate the updates in the latest GB2 to improve the effectiveness of gathering when the bot misses a node while in flight form. My only concern is now its even more obvious who is a bot when they miss a node. Just fly through Twilight highlands once, you'll probably always catch at least one bot dismount and try to walk up the straight cliff it fell off of trying to reach the node.

I had a suggestion for a better method of getting nodes that it failed on first attempt, and if anybody knows how to make this change without an official update I'd love to see it happen.

Instead of trying to walk to the node (which is almost always on the top of a cliff you just fell off of trying to gather), why not fly up above the known node coordinates, move directly on top of it, and land on the node? My understanding is HonorBuddy knows the exact world location of the node, and ALL nodes can be landed on top of manually (just hold down 'x' [default keybind] over a node).

Can this be done within GB2? Heck, it could even be added on the initial swoop into the node, have it click to move directly above the node, move down so it lands on the node, then begins mining.

I made the same suggestion (sorta) today on the release thread.
GB2 used to land on top of every node. There was those few on the VERY VERY edge of a cliff that you couldn't get, but the attempt to make it less bot like by making it NOT land on top of nodes has actually made it worse :(

Hope they can either fix or rever it. It's a hazard in Uldum/TH. I keep blackspotting nodes every day...

It used to be set up to land on top of nodes but then everyone realized why do I want a big bullseye that says "Look everyone I'm a bot". Lol. No one is going to land on top of a node everytime. If you get a person following you or someone that gets to a node at the same time and sees you consistently landing on top you will get reported sooner rather then later imho. I would rather miss some nodes or have to blacklist them instead of getting reported and getting a mini or perma ban.

Just set the Blacklist Timer lower in GB2 so the Toon will just try 1 time to get the Node and will go on... if the Blacklist timer works 100%
As cjh034 says... better skip a node and dont get reported.

Tell that to the people that use public profiles and have no idea how to blacklist lol
As I said, I go through logs every day looking to hard blacklist nodes so my profiles remain flawless. Most people don't though :P
