The profile that comes with DB will go into the cow level, do the quest + kill the queen, and leave... Sometimes it won't even do both - it will just do one and leave.
Is there any profile that will do those two things and run a full circle around the cow level to open all the resplendent chests? Or even just an "explore cow level" type thing?
