we know stuff only what blizzard is giving out to the public. And they have never done this I thought.
The things that they say only is something like "we have a new botting detecting system and it's beter then ever" and nothing more

There's no telling what kind of stuff they might do for anti-cheat.
But no, you can't use the bot with the beta. It's just like when the game is patched... except a much bigger patch.

The Warden has been perpetually lackluster and controversial since forever, I highly doubt they'd do very much with it. Retail, Beta, and PTR WoW Client versions are very different from each-other and need extensive testing and repairs to make operational after each revision, making a beta supporting Honorbuddy nothing but a dream. It's common to see a few weeks go by after an expansion launches before the bot becomes active again.
