Best WD Build With DB

There is what's good as a player and what's good as a bot. Does Helltooth or Zunimassa work better? I've been running Helltooth doing rift 40 with deaths and Torment X fine, but I have a feeling Carnevil is stronger for botting purposes.

I use Helltooth with Acid/FireWall and have Non Season 62 @ 11:53 and Season 64 @ 10:34.
