Best way to use 2 accounts ?

Just as it says. I'm wondering what the best way to run 2 different wow accounts at the same time.

Back before i had bots, i ran 5box shammies for the ultimate lulz. A fun thing to do with only two would be to have one set as a healbot for the one you're playing on. If you're looking to do like LFR and dungeons and whatnot, it's instant queue for you if you're a dps class and hate queues.
