Best way to start new farming account? Cheapest?

Hy I'm wanting to start a new farming account to earn more gold. What is the cheapest way?
Should I RAF? I am worried that if one account gets banned, the other will too.
Just start a new account from scratch and do digital upgrades?

I dont know why, but buying wow online is the most expensive. There always seems to be some good discounts on cata/wolkt at the -75% bin at local markets. I havent seen cata for normal price in ages, its always 9.95. I Once bought 4*vanilla(and tbc) for 4euros per cd and it was unlimited quantity and offer lasted a pretty while.

And about the levelling part, ive been trading accounts hence levelling new toons to 85 lately quite often. It takes 10 IRL days for me to level to 85, most of that time = 1-60, so if you play by hand and wanna example dualbox to 60, youll speed up levelling alot WITH RAF. But if you cant/wont play yourself, raf seems pretty useless to HB (as it is now)
