Best way to "Organize" Your Bots/WoW's?

Hey everyone, whats the best way that you organize your wow's/bots? Ive been using the WoWindowPlacer i found in another thread on here, will post on here if wanted/needed.

But how do you do it? As WoWindowPlacer doesn't do everything i would like it to do.

I have 3 bots and don't use any of these tools. Just open up 1 wow client after another login and start the bot. Takes about 2 minutes for all..even with authenticator login...
How many bots your are talking about?
