Best way to make Raf accounts?

I'm not interested in the leveling bonus of it, more of the bonus monthly time.

Say I have 5 accounts, what is the best way to link them?

Invite B from A so A>B
Then invite D from C so C>D

Best to probably make E alone so it can invite a future 6th account, right?

Does it provide additional layer bonuses if I do A>B>C and buy game time from C, will A get it as well or just B?

No point doing A>B, A>C, A>D, A>E as only A will get bonus time (4 months worth)

Battle-chests now include WoD, so RaF'ing shouldn't be a concern by now if you're going to suicide-bot

As far as I can see, they no longer give the 90 boost though. So unless I'm mistaken, suicide botting should be harder now?

adding WoD changes almost nothing, you still gotta level suicide botting toons till 90, only now you can continue leveling them (without raf) till 100 for free
