Makelio posts the way to level up our guild. so I tryed to fild ways to lvl up, but it's too hard to find

1. Arena wintrade
I tryed lazyraider but it does not attack till I manually click - In instance , Arena
2. Dailies
I can't find any daily profiles but tol barad. by the way in tol barad, there are too many enemies so it's really hard to do quests.
Any suggestion
