Best way to heal in a dungeon/arenas

I play a level 100 Resto Shammy, I normally use the bot for leveling or professions but now I want to use it for healing. For instance I want to heal in Arenas and Dungeons and Raids. I have been trying to find a botbase or CR that would allow me to do all of that but I cant seem to get one to work. If I queue for a dungeon and choose healer, it will heal. But that dosent help me with raids or Arenas. Thanks alot

Enyo botbase, it's amazing, you move the toon and the bot casts your spells.
As for CR i dont play any shamans, but you have a look at the shaman CR sub forum. I would pref that you buy one of the PvP onesif there is any, but there should). They does not cost much if you look at how much time the creator have put into it. And as for PvP they are usualy better. ut go to the shaman CR sub forum and read up on them and then decide!
