Best way to get more Ilvl in Legion with bot?

Should i go for Questbot and Worldquest Profile?
My fresh Toon is ilvl 790 and this is by far not enough for Legion Herb Farming etc

if you used questing to level to 110 youll be friendly with all of them . if not just finish the quest

World quest at 110 will get your gear 835 but takes time or you can spend 30k in the AH and buy crafted 815 stuff.

You can buy profiles in the BuddyStore that does them. Really recommend it, been using it for the past two week or so and it's super good.

By the time your 110 and ready to head to Suramar you should already be past friendly with all factions. Just quest a little around Suramar to get friendly then you're ready to do World Quests.

After tonight/tomorrow's patch, alt toons will get you the ability to unlock World Quests as soon as you hit 110, providing you have unlocked them on your main. It gives you a quest from Kadghar to open them, without needing friendly from all 5 main factions

Not quite what you asked for, but start a demon hunter (starts @ lvl 98), and level him up to 110 using the default questing profile, then you can run around and herb on him with tank spec (vengeance) with pretty decent survivability.
