Best way to get banned account back?

Hello

Just one of my botters banned today, and hoping to at least get the account back, to at least get some stuff off of it, so looking for advice

Reason for Action: Exploitation Policy Violation - Unapproved Third Party Software

Is the ban reason, I sent back an email saying I dont know what it is in regards to.

My main reason for wanting the account, back is gold and supplies that I kept putting off moving, there is 70K gold sitting on a character and alot of supplies in the mailbox from other bot account.

Dependent on what they say to my email, anybody got any suggestions to getting back, is it best to call support or what.

Dont bother saying you got hacked, they can check what IPs connect to the account, so unless you use a proxy and randomly change IPs you arnt going to get it back.
"my brother did it and I didn't know" they wont care if you try that too, since "its your account, you are responsible for what goes on with it."
 
can you explain in more detail how you got banned what you where doing e.t.c.
 
You need to post the 'whole' email you received so we can get more insight to the specific reason you were banned.

They do. And a GM told me that :). I got an account hacked a few weeks ago. The person didn't change the password though, so i made a ticket and a GM told me that he could see that another person(IP) had logged in to my account. So im convinced that they do.

no they arent because els i would be banned again im stil botting on same ip i dont give a fuck about it if i reach 80 ok im even botting with a realife m8 i know in a big guild but i know for sure they dont check ips maybe if your account got hacked then they check ips but not when it comes to botting
 
Alright :), but sure they don't got a GM to monitor every player ingame 24. Thats just my opinion.

I Bot 15 hours a day in a guild without worrys:) i just tell them some times my little brother is playing if i dont react:P
 
Heh, its quite funny, dont get me wrong. But really either your entire guild knows you bot, or they seriously need some pointers. Everyone knows "my little brother is playing" is code for botting / chinese powerlvler.

Since i have no intension what-so-ever to stop bot, i make sure im in a guild who accept my botting. So I just tell ppl on ventrilo/skype im afk botting, this way they know not to send me retarded tells like "are you ther bud" 500x times a night.


Ontopic: Good luck trying to get access to that account again. Its not going to happen, unless you believe in miracles. And dont pull stuff like "I was hacked" if you were not, they do actually know if you got hacked. I was hacked twise before. *LOL* support was a bitch but they could see that "someone with foreign address had gained access to your account". Also while they where questioning me i was treated like i was the one who was the hacker.

I'm not saying that they actively check IPs. But they have an automated system that does. Otherwise why is it when you log in from a significantly different IP your account gets suspended/pw reset automagically? I've personally had this happen when I went overseas and logged in, a few minutes later, ding, locked out of the account. I got it opened right back after a pw reset, but it kinda proves that they do check IPs.
 
I've tried to sell my acc like 4x in the past... scammed each time... then tried renting it out... got banned... each time I said I was keylogged and each time it worked lol just say you were keylogged and you'll prob get it back :D I did :P

The reason that works is because when the other person logs on its a way different IP. When your botting they see it was your own IP, so you can't say you got hacked >.<

They do not, but they DO have logs of everything goes on in the game, and they DO watch IPs cause when I did get hacked and my account was put under a authenticator I was told the IP was actually FROM china when I called to retrieve my account. Another thing is they archive all emails and information, they sent me an email I sent them from 5 years ago.
 
if you have multiple accts - the best thing to do is to do nothing. If you would have prepared your accounts properly, you would have a backup plan.

find another friend or vpn to another ip address and play ur account (or even leave it afk for a bit) before you start botting. then when it does get banned, they have the original IP address to track back to. Also do not send the reply email from the same botting IP
