Best way to bot from 85-90?

Hi All,

I have just come back to the game. What is the best method to get from 85-90 now? Bg's, Archeology bot? Herb/mining? I see we can't use a flyer until you are 90, that sucks.

Also, don't you have to do a quest chain to access the city to get to the flying trainer? What is the quickest route to train MoP flying?
