Best way to appeal? second time being banned on main account

So as the title says, how is the best way to go about appeals? any success stories? This is the second time I was banned on my main account.

The first time I appealed by admitting I was wrong and explaining I had the account forever and that I made mistake and asked for another chance, and they appealed it.

Should I try this again?

When my main was banned for the second time, i spammed customer support for a couple months until i got an email saying the next ticket would get my battle.net banned. R.I.P. Worth a try tho.

Also it seems like they have gotten A LOT stricter on ban appeals the last couple months (on EU at least). Earlier i could pretty easily get my accounts unbanned (on the first ban, even on the second ban sometimes). Now when my bots get banned, they just send me the same message about game integrity etc, and that's it. Maybe its just me tho.
