best way for manual move in dungeon and still get dps or healing routines

I need to run some 5 mans and wanted to use lazyraider is this ok to use in 5 mans?
I have a new monk was going to try tank and healer this is scary I don't know if I can keep up rotations lol

you probably want to keep movement in the CR....depending on the class your playing just make sure your not auto attacking....

the only worry I was having was using a healer and have them run to the target.
