Best Tank CC? Best PvP CC?

Here are my questions.. I have longed for a tank CC that would function as a normal tank would in raids, obviously it would take numerous weeks to find out which is the best. I am so sick of those long dungeon queues. So my question(s) to you guys is.

1) What is the best tank CC you have came across that is capable of raid tanking?

2) What is the best CC for PvP.



IN MY OPINION:
1) Tuanha Monk or maybe Tuanha Paladin
2) Tuanha Paladin(Holy)

I am interested in your first point. I am trying to fine tune Tuan's DK routine like he has doecne with his paladin, where he has Protection Raid Preset options.

My guild kinda forces me to learn how to tank and having the assistance of a CR will be awesome.

I have good results with TuanHa's (Special Edition) DK and Monk. However both require tuning as per your gear levels. Both require you to disable auto taunting and auto CC (including Gorefiend's Grasp, for example).

I would say that Monk tanking 'feels' fragile compared to the DK when using TuanHa; certainly the DK is an easier tank to bot than the Monk because the Monk class can be preemptive which botting cannot predict.

I'm sure the Paladin works 'out of the box' but DK is easy to setup and only takes 10 minutes to fine tune. Once you've got the DK setup it responds quickly with FrameLock on and TPS 30. I use LazyRaider.

These would be my choices if I were going to tank PvE.
