Best settings for DB For Barb

ok iv'e been new here since monday and now i would like to know what are the best settings for db for a barbarian any good tips? im currently using act 3 inferno by rrixx or Ultima Magi Extended v2 but iv'e played a bit with the settings but not that much i would like some help and if it could get some key from act 3 would be better too.
 
What do you want? more GPH? higher IPH? not to die so much?

Most is gear + paragon lvl.

The settings in DB are pretty commen.
 
i would like alkaiser run and to finish with the keymaster and i don'T understand the GPH and IPH im french canadian sorry but i would like to know if i need to change some settings do i need to play with them and test it out myself?
 
Then you need to edit the profile to your liking.

GPH = gold per hour
IPH = Items per hour.

The higher IPH the more loot you get.
