Best Routine for Leveling/Grinding?

As the title say what is the best routine for Leveling/Grinding? I am going to use Fatebot and some grinding/questing profiles. My classes will be Conjurer, Arcanist and Thaumaturge.

In the middle I will log some dungeons to heal with my Conjurer/Arcanist. I found RebornCo to be good for healing in dungeon for Conurer

Doesn't really matter. I have used fate bot to level all but my thaum to 50 (did that manually through the quest line).
Any routine is ok outside of serious group play in my opinion. Just make sure to have zekken and either repear or agil running
Also fate auto leveler if its still about
