Best Raiding Arms Warrior CC (TrumanWarriorCC edit)

Disclaimer: I do not take credit for this CC, I have only modified it to keep it current.

This CC is almost 100% optimal for Arms DPS.

I have not modified TG Fury and SMFury or Prot from their defaults. I will not do prot but i will eventually update the Titans Grip.

What this CC does:
-Optimal Arms Rotation tuned for 4pct13 (Mortal Strike > Colossus Smash)
-Better tuned for optimal use of 2pct13 Inner Rage use
-Stance Dances! That's right, this CC will stance dance when the box is checked in the GUI. It will only leave Berserker stance to apply Rend or use Overpower.
-Fixed "use cooldowns" to enable/disable Deadly Calm and Recklessness when the box is checked.
-Uses AoE rotation on 2+ mobs when AoE box is checked ***This is buggy on certain fights in DS(for example Ultraxion) and will use AoE abilities when no monsters are around, simply uncheck the box before these fights***
-Uses a Optimal sub 20% rotation of Applying 5 Stacks of Executioner ASAP without letting Slaughter fall of, will then maintain the stacks of executioner while using MS and CS(when no CS debuff present) on CD and execute above 50% rage

What this CC does NOT do:
-This CC does not move for you
-This CC no longer uses heroic leap when checked(i found this to be useless, if anything bad anyways)
-This CC has not been updated for Fury and Prot specs, so for the time being please do not post issues for these



I am not a awesome CC editor, i just picked this up a few days ago by looking through CCs and identifying trends and going from there. I really wanted to get a good warrior CC out to the public and put hours of work into this to get it to where it is. So please, enjoy it and post positive/negative feedback.


Known bugs: will sometimes use CS or MS in battle stance, i currently have not found a way to avoid this, but overall it is not a big deal as it rarely happens.

How is the stance dance in this CC compared to just sitting in battle stance?

Most all CC's currently that attempt Stance Dance are a DPS loss due to it swapping to much because of how often OP procs, thus missing or delaying MS.

About a 2k~ DPS increase. I have codes in there that tell it to switch only when certain conditions are met.

truman copied a code from Cowdude.. and truman discontinued on his own due to the backlash which even the community said was not necessary at the time... also truman was revising a code that he wasnt able to test himself so he eventually gave it up so easily based on those reasons

Not to thread hijack but you do not *ever* just "sit in battle stance" as arms.

This does indeed seem to be the best arms cc atm.
I recommend people using custom lag tolerance which makes the stance-dancing more smooth. I use the ms i have in-game (40) + 200, this gave me a 6-700 dps increase on a Raider's Training Dummy (19.5k-->20.2k) over a 10mil parse.

With Titan Arms i averaged 19.3k on same dummy over a 10mil parse.

dummy tests vs titan arms no dance -- yours 22k - shaddar's 20k - it does seem a lot smoother fresh raid week ill post numbers for 10m bosses... i pulled 30k on Blackhorn we downed him for first time tonight.

Recently I have been having issues with the stance dancing and I think it has to do with my low latency(usually around 20 MS) so i will try the above and see if it fixes this. I will also be releasing a new one this week with some minor tweaks. Please leave feedback on you you feel could make this better(as arms)

I tried this in LFR last night and while it didn't blow me away, it performed decently. Stancedancing seemed to lower the DPS by quite a lot, but I too have low latency with no custom lag tolerance set. Will try changing that today.

I?m currently running 2pct13 and 2pct12, 888 weapon, 389 iL.

So things I've noticed:

• very slow to use abilities (sometimes wastes 0.3-0.5 sec before using an ability after the previous GCD), this really adds up (might be related to lag tolerance)
• disabling stance dancing gave me quite a dps boost (might also be related to the lag tolerance setting)
• I was rage capped at 100 quite often with Heroic Strike off cool down and ready to use
• it would be nice if you could add support for Blood Fury (orc racial) and on-use trinkets

Overall good job, I do believe it's the best Arms PVE CC out there right now, even though it has room for improvement.

gives preference to HS over OP -- which is wrong in >20% range --- my heroic strike counts on boss is double that of OP - the dps decrease is def notice-able on heavy dmg fights where you practically hang out over 75+ rage the entire fight like Ultra. thats the only problem ive seen otherwise its pretty solid CC edit.

I have noticed this with many different CCs that it performs much slower on bosses than it does on dummies. I currently know some people are looking into this issue as it does not relate to the CC itself. I have never had a issue where i was at 100 rage(only time i ever rage cap is with Deadly Calm active)
I have already finished this next release, in the next few days I will add support for on use trinkets and blood fury.

This pwns every Arms warrior CC here is. Good work. Working awsome. Only can beat this CC by hand.
