Depends on your class and spec. There is no "One" above the others. Each CR is tied to a class or spec and to which you cannot compare between classes without a dedicated logic behind each of the classes specs and backgrounds. So if you are looking for a more direct answer, give us the class and spec that you are playing and then we can give you a more communal thought to which is currently best to use...

I do no know about the OP but i have been looking for a good HPally CR for juking interrupts and the occasional rebuke, any suggestions?

thanks, does it have the stopcasting / juke interrupt ability? I was looking at their webpage and didn't see that in the options. I really just want it to run in the background and juke if i fail a juke in arena.
