Best profile for low stuff season Wiz ?

Hi, I have actually a 87 parangon Wizard in season mode, with 650k dps on the armory and I would like to increase my parangon lvl and get some stuff.
I'm actually doing Ghom in T1, but I would like to know if there is better profiles to do ?

rifts t1 will probably yield better results, at least it did for me
