Best Professions for these characters?

just want to start off by saying, this isn't another "whats the best money making prof" thread...

now that thats over with:

so pretty soon i'm going to have my second 85 on a specific server.

i was just wondering what is the best combination of professions to maximise profit?

i currently have a druid and a hunter... i was thinking possibly herb and alchemy on the druid? and possibly mining and JC on the hunter? or should i get professions that could link across both characters?

ideas?

Entirely depends on your server prices without that we are just pissing in the wind.

Nope have to exit flight form to mine.
