Best Places to use Pokefarmer

Tokyo - Shinjuku Chuo Park - around 150k xp per hour

Tokyo Disneyland - around 150k xp per hour

Sydney Hyde Park - 100k to 125k xp per hour

Tokyo Yoyogi Park is also pretty good.

Seems like that London, like Paris, Rome/Milan or Berlin are the best cities to search for pokemons! Since it depends on the population, it is pretty obvious. :D
 
can't get more than 60k per hour no matter were, sometimes up to 63k that is if you are really lucky (without a lucky egg). if you transfer everything that you don't need all the time + all the low pokemons.
 
San Francisco is doing quite well for me. 55k exp constant. And some mentioned alot magikarps, yes!
 
Anyone have a good location for Snorlax? Only one I seem to have trouble finding!
 
My best places used so far:

1: Circular Quay in Australia (-33.8599139,151.2121163), Best for Water pokemons, in 3 days i looted 800+ magikarp candies and 125+ squirtle candies (could be even more, but i was using pokefarmer only 6-8 hours per day)

2: Rice Park in Minnesota (44.944662,-93.0970992), According to reddit is very good place for rare pokemon. Personally i didnt catch so much super rare pokemons, but this place good enough for grass pokemons.

3: 6 pokestops in 1 place in Minnesota (45.030060 -93.319229), This place is not so good actually, but it always lured and i found hundreds eevee there. So if you looking for place to farm eevee candies for good vaporeon you can go there.
 
For Spain (Madrid) 40.417309, -3.683051 there are always 3 or 4 lured pokestops
